Vegetarian Indian OKRA STIR-FRY Cuisine Guidance

INGREDIENTS:

  • Rice (1~2 serves)
  • Cumin seeds
  • 4 Slices Garlic
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 20 Okra  
  • Salt
  • Chili ( Depends on your flavor, I didn’t add Chilies in this recipe.)

 

METHOD:

  1. Stir garlic, red onion and Cumin Seeds for 5 mins ( Pic A)
  2. Stir Okra for 25 Sec ( Pic B)
  3. Add Salt
