Vegan Eggplant Tofu Bean Thread Noodles Guidance

METHOD

  1. Make Bean Thread Noodles to soft and boil for five minutes. And put the lid, turn off fire to 10 mins (PIC A)
  2. Put the Slices Tofu and stir fry with Sesame seed Oil until golden surfaces ( What’s the Golden surfaces of Tofu, please check the Link) (PIC B)
  3. Remove the Tofu and Cook Ginger, Garlic with Sesame oil for 7 mins

  4. Add slices eggplants for 5 mins and add Tofu
  5. Add 2 spoon Soy sauce,2 spoon Rice Wine,1 spoon Sugar for 10 mins
  6. Add Mint, Red Chili for 3 mins(PIC C)
