方法:

  1. 將切塊百頁豆腐豆皮切塊放入鍋中、加二匙醬油甜醬油、一匙紅冰糖、一匙鹽煮20分鐘
  2. 將切塊紅蘿蔔、一條蔥放入鍋中煮20分鐘
  3. 關火悶10分鐘
  4. 撒上蔥花
